Title insurance is indemnity insurance that protects the policy holder from financial loss stemming from defects in title. Unlike other insurance policies, this premium is paid only once and coverage exists during the entire time the policyholder maintains ownership of the property. Defects in title can include errors in public records, unknown liens and unknown heirs.
That's where we come in! We work with you to clear any necessary items such as satisfaction of liens. Our escrow agents disburse funds to ensure that liens are satisfied promptly after closing and all necessary documents are provided.

We have many options available for you. Mobile closings are a great option - a mobile notary will bring the closing documents to you at a convenient location for you to sign. Many mobile notaries offer appointments after regular business hours. We can also set up a remote online notary service as long as your lender approves this method. Those are just some of the ways we can help.
